DOMAINE BERSAN
The Bersans' family has been living in Saint-Bris for many generations. The Bersans are keeping the tradition alive as much as thet pay attention to the benefits of new technologies. Once in bottles, the wines are stored for ageing in a XIth and XIIth centuries arched cellar. The nose has a nice intensity, oscillating between the grapefruit and the floral notes (honeysuckle). After aeration, the terroir expresses itself with typical scents such as gun flint or iodine. The mouth is as happy as the nose, tonic and supple. The finish is salted and ionized.
