MADELOC
Pierre's passion for schist soils and slopes even extends to the Catalan region. In 2005, Pascale and Pierre bought the Madeloc Domaine in Banyuls -sur-Mer(in the Pyrenees-Qrientales area). It is a unique terroir where the vineyards are situated on terraces and plunge into the Mdediterranean sea.

Taste:Some sweetness can't hurt!Showing pears notes, this Banyuls is surprising . Its gold color is attracting,its aromatic is charming and the sweet spices is the mouth ends harmoniousty this wine . Parings are numerous:tajines,creamy fattened chicken,indian food, foie gras,cheeses,fruit desserts or white chocolate fondue, or simply by itself, just for deep pleasure!
