Rudinì winery has been established since more 60 years ago by Saro Di Pietro. It is now leader wine producer in the area of Pachino. A great legacy that today Giuseppe Di Pietro and his wife Stefanie carry on with a project which aims at the attention to detail and put the man in the service of nature to produce wine that are more responsive to the terror. Rudinì draws its grapes from 200 acres of the most qualified vineyards that stretch in a small triangle between Pachino, Noto, Rosolini, Ispica. This is the area protected by Doc Eloro Pachino and that’s always been the Nero d’Avola gives the best of himself.
Grapes:Moscato
Taste: Intense straw yellow. Sweet and balanced; excellent aftertaste with notes of candied fruit. Delicate aroma of Moscato with the fragrance of ripe fruit. Ideal with dessert; Baroque goes well with creamy and piquant cheese.
