FRANKLIN TATE ESTATE
The Tate family has been making award winning wines since 1969 when John Tate founded Evans & Tate. He and his son created Evans & Tate to arguably become Margaret River’s most well known winery. During their involvement, they were twice awarded “Most Outstanding Red Wine in the World” at the Wine Magazine Challenge.
Their vineyard is located in the heart of the Margaret River region and through years of careful cultivation, they have been able to extract the very best from their vines. Franklin Tate Estates marks a return by the Tate family to their roots with unique, hand-crafted wines.
Their winemaker is the young and talented Oenologist Rory Clifton-Parks. The Clifton-Parks & Tate team bring extensive depth, knowledge and passion to the Franklin Tate Estate range of wines.
