DOMAINE GROSS
In the heart of Alsace, few kilometers from Colmar, Domaine Gross is a family-owned winery in biodynamic farming.
Remy Gross take over the Domaine from his parents in the beginning of 1980, established by his grandfather Louis Gross, who is a smith, work on 2.5 ha vineyard.
A family spirit and a constant concern to respect the tradition, Rémy and Vincent, cultivate 10ha vineyard today and vinify the wine together.

Taste: Maceration with whole bunch gives it orange color like grape juice. On the nose is fine with aroma of almond and ripen apricot, on the palate is silky, slightly tannic, reinforced by a salty finish.
