DOMAINE GROSS
In the heart of Alsace, few kilometers from Colmar, Domaine Gross is a family-owned winery in biodynamic farming.
Remy Gross take over the Domaine from his parents in the beginning of 1980, established by his grandfather Louis Gross, who is a smith, work on 2.5 ha vineyard.
A family spirit and a constant concern to respect the tradition, Rémy and Vincent, cultivate 10ha vineyard today and vinify the wine together.

Taste: Maceration with whole bunch gives it bright golden straw color, the nose develops mentholated notes characteristic of this marl-limestone terroir as well as those dry herbs of garrigue. On the palate, notes of pepper and a aromatic roundness: a gastronome wine!
