Domaine Chavy-Chouet is a family winery situated in Meursault. The vineyards represent 13 ha covering the villages of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Volnay and Pommard.Domaine Chavy-Chouet was founded when two of the oldest families in Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet were brought together. 

The Enseigneres vineyard is the most renowned of the Puligny-Montrachet “villages” thanks to its exceptional geographical and geological location as well as its closest neighbor, the Bienvenues-Batard-Montrachet and Batard-Montrachet vineyards. The fact that there are no 1ers crus between this vineyard and the grands crus makes it a “village” with great potential. Its natural tightness and great balance make it a wine highly suitable for ageing.
