MAZZEI
The history of the Mazzei family is closely linked not just to the history of winemaking in Tuscany, but to the political and cultural history of the entire region. The first documents that name the Mazzeis – date back to the early eleventh century.The Mazzei family is so full of rich history, that its influence and importance in winemaking history even impressed the first President of the United States of America, George Washington. He wrote specifically in 1779: "I thank you for your obliging act of the culture of the wine, and I am happy to hear that your plantation of them is in so prosperous way."

Varietal : 50% Sangiovese, 50% Merlot
Taste: The sparkling wine exhibits a straw-yellow hue, with pearl-like bubbles dancing elegantly and vivaciously on the palate. It boasts excellent balance, accompanied by rich floral and fruity aromas. On the palate, it is smooth, full-bodied, and well-balanced, with pronounced fruity notes, making it an ideal aperitif for celebratory banquets. It also pairs wonderfully with light dishes, refined meat courses, and fish-based delicacies.
