Monsieur Christophe
Monsieur Christophe is a newly established winery in the Ventoux appellation of France's Rhône Valley. The estate was founded by Christophe Bristiel, who previously held international distribution roles at Domaine des Lambrays in Burgundy and the historic Château la Nerthe in the Rhône Valley. He holds certifications as both a sommelier and a wine taster, and has academic degrees in viticulture and oenology. Out side of work, he is an avid cycling enthusiast. The Ventoux region in the southern Rhône has long been regarded as a hidden gem, known for producing affordable and diverse wines. Monsieur Christophe’s vineyards are situated on the northern slopes of Mount Ventoux at altitudes between 200- 500 meters, and all got certification of HEV3（Haute Valeur Environnementale Level 3）. The wines express freshness, vibrancy, and modern energy, offering excellent value for money.

Taste : A fruity, juicy and joyful white blend. Notes of green pears, white peaches and wild herbs on the nose, following through to a medium body with fresh acidity. Crunchy fruit and some blanched-almond character in the fresh finish. Drink now.
